Our Basic Package provides several business essentials, while our Premium Package includes all the tools businesses need to operate in today’s (and tomorrow’s) high-tech environment. EasyOffice Network can customize any package—providing clients with the specific IT solutions they need to run their businesses.
Basic Package
- Unlimited access to the EasyOffice Network.
- Ten gigabytes of fault tolerant file storage (available from any computer with Internet access).
- Five gigabytes of fault tolerant website hosting.
- Server-based email (available from any computer with Internet access).
- Virus checking for both data files and email attachments (with the EasyOffice Network handling all updates!).
- Data backup, security policy enforcement, 7x24x365 system monitoring and alerting.
- Unlimited free technical support via the EasyOffice Network support web site or tech support email.
Office Package
Our Office Package gives EasyOffice Network subscribers a true turnkey office IT solution, including EasyOffice Network’s exclusive computer hardware. The Office Package includes everything in the Basic Package plus the following:
- EasyOffice Network Client Machine (a small footprint, highly customized computer appliance optimized for the EasyOffice Network) for every user.
- The use of Microsoft Office Professional (which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
- 20 gigabytes of fault tolerant file storage per user (which can be aggregated to other users).
- 10 gigabytes of fault tolerant web space.
- Unlimited free technical support via toll free telephone number, the EasyOffice Network support web site or tech support email.
Premium Package
With our Premium Package EasyOffice Network subscribers gain access to technology previously available only to large corporations. Start with the Office Package and add the following:
- The use of SQL Server for database applications.
- 100 gigabytes or more of fault tolerant file storage with real time file recovery.
- 25 gigabytes of fault tolerant web space, including SSL, credit card processing, scripting and more.
- Access to automated email list processing and bulk mailing.
- Dedicated support technician.
- Free application-level tech support (how to set up mail merge in Word, for example).
Mobile Users
Laptop users can use the EasyOffice Network too! Thanks to our exclusive Mimic technology, you don’t have to panic if your laptop crashes—your data and programs are safe and sound back at the data center.
Custom Packages
Like the Office Package but want more file storage space? No problem! Prefer WordPerfect to Word? We can handle it! Want different packages for different users within the company? We can do that too!
Most proprietary programs and applications developed in-house can be adapted to run on the EasyOffice Network as well. We can also provide consulting expertise to assist EasyOffice Network clients that desire to develop applications that fully exploit what the EasyOffice Network has to offer.
